    Grana Padano is a hard, aged cheese produced in Italy. Similar to Parmigiano-Reggiano, Grana Padano gets its crumbly, grainy texture from the long aging process it goes through. Grana Padano is made using skimmed milk, which lowers its fat content, and aged for a shorter amount of time, resulting in a milder, less complex cheese with less crystallization and crumble than its longer-aged counterpart. Sanniti Grana Padano is aged 16 months for a deliciously nutty cheese to grate over pasta, soup or risotto.
